Group Classes
Class includes a 7-day workout plan, once a week group instruction, and technical t-shirt. Everyone will enjoy a group with similar abilities, opportunities for individual coaching, and the excitement of accomplishing a goal! All Classes are just $10 a class!
- Class meets once a week
- Fees do not cover race entry fees
- Registration is due 1 week before start date. Otherwise there is a $10 late fee.
- All Classes are designed with cross-training to prevent injury.
- On-line registration is available
- Registration fees are non-refundable unless class is cancelled

Need a personal training plan designed just for your needs and schedule? Or need one on one coaching? Ruth does that too.
Personal Training Plan (12-16 week schedule) - $100
- Hour Consultation/Goal meeting
- Personalized 12-16 week workout emailed to you based on first meeting
- One follow up meeting/ plan adjustment
One on One Coaching
- By the hour appointments- $50 a session
Meet the Coach
Ruth Sawkins is a USA Triathlon Level 1 certified coach and ACSM certified personal trainer. She has been running, cycling, and swimming for 14 years, and training others for 6. She specializes in motivation and pulling the inner athlete out in you, she can show you your potential and help you reach your performance goals whether that is to run continuously for 5 minutes or to PR on a marathon. Coach Sawkins believes in you!
