Weather Contingency plans for Summer Roundup Triathlon 2012

We will host the race under most weather conditions: rain or shine. Extreme conditions or unsafe weather (lighting, extreme temperatures, etc) may warrant a cancellation or rescheduling of the event. This is at the discretion of the race director and will be made based on the safety of the racers, volunteers, and spectators. Ever effort will be made to continue with the race. Modifications may be made to the event including but not limited to: delay of start and or cutting portions of the race (swim, bike, or run).  If the race is cancelled a partial refund will be given
